Name: Michael Weinberger

City of residence: Atlanta, Georgia

Current profession: Not working presently (poop) considering retirement but when I am, I manage commercial real estate (Retail).

Marital status: Married 34 years (Mary) and have three children  – a son thirty-two, and two daughters ages 25 and 30.

First job out of college: Working on the assembly line at General Motors Lordstown plant. Fun stuff!

Proudest accomplishment of your life: Married the right woman, though I’m certain she could have done much better, and along the way produced three really beautiful children, and for an ugly guy that really is an accomplishment.

What you like to do with your free time: I work out quite a bit, so physical training and racquetball take priority. Now what I’d really like to do is own a Harley, and ride brother ride!!!

Favorite memory from your years in the fraternity: Fight Night when brother Dave got conned into replacing Jolly Evans who failed to show up for his heavyweight bout. It was a blood bath, Sorry Dave but someone had to take the beating, and might as well have been you.  Chalk it up to good entertainment at your expense.

Something your brothers would be surprised to learn about you since you graduated: I’m still trying to find out what I want to do with my life when I grow up.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated… time is running out.

Name: Stan Nudell

City of residence: Youngstown, Ohio

Current profession: A Commercial Real Estate agent with the Edward J. Lewis Company for thirty-two years, and I’m still working.

Marital status: I am married to Jody for 35 years and have two children. My wife is an Art Teacher and is in her 31st year of teaching. Next year will probably be her last. She plans to enjoy her retirement. My son Brad graduated from Penn State University and was a member of their tennis team. He majored in finance and is presently working for AFLAC Insurance in Cleveland. He will be getting married in June 2011. My daughter Connie graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and got her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Maryland. She is presently employed with Bay View Clinic in Baltimore.

My first job after graduation: Was with the Army (drafted). I spent two years at Fort Dix, New Jersey as a drill sergeant.

Proudest accomplishment of your life: There are many, but getting married, raising my children, and being a successful businessman would be up there. O yes, I successfully ran for Trustee of Liberty Township and am serving a four year term thru 2013. Great being a politician.

What do I like to do with my leisure time: I wish I had some leisure time.  I’m extremely busy and somewhat enjoy that.

Favorite fraternity memory: I’m not sure this is my favorite memory, but it is the most memorable. I worked my way through college and remember coming home from my work at the Red Barn at approximately 1:00 am. The frat house was exceptionally quiet and I didn’t think much about it and went to bed. The next day the police were at our door asking for the President, who unfortunately was me. It seemed our boys got carried away last night and decided to “cherry bomb” our neighbor across the street – Mr. Natale, who owned the drug store around the corner on Wick Avenue. As a result, I had to go down to the police dept with our fraternity advisors (attorney’s Dan Roth and Monroe Deutsch). Our frat was put on probation and being the pres I also was on probation. Thanks guys. Oh by the way to make a long story short Dan Roth fixed me up with the daughter of Monroe Deutsch, Jody, to whom I’ve been married  for 35 years.

Something my brothers would be surprised to know about me since I graduated: Now at the ripe old age of 66 I am still working and decided to also try my hand at politics. I wasn’t pleased with the trustees of Liberty Township where I still reside, so I decided to run for the office. Surprisingly I not only won but Marc Rubin’s son Jason also won and we are the newly elected trustees. The two incumbents we defeated were in office for 12 and 10 years. I guess I haven’t learned my lesson yet.
